RETHINKING MENTAL HEALTH CARE
A little different on purpose.
Seeing a psychiatrist can be pretty uncomfortable. It’s hard enough to allow yourself to be vulnerable with a stranger, but it’s even more difficult when the interaction feels rushed and impersonal.
You deserve a provider who is as invested in your care as you are, whether you’re a parent seeking support for your child or an adult working through a quarter-life crisis.
Constantly Googling your symptoms, but never finding the answer you’re looking for?
Let’s change that.
My approach is all about real talk and real support— no rushed appointments, no one-size-fits-all treatment plans. If you’re ready to try something different, you’re in the right place.
I’m Katie— a psychiatric nurse practitioner who’s been there.
